Williamson County is located just south of Nashville, Davidson County in Middle Tennessee. Franklin, the Williamson County seat, is best known for it’s charming Historic Downtown area, a variety of great restaurants, shopping and unique street festivals throughout the year! There were a total of 970 single family homes sold in Williamson County during the first quarter of 2016. This is up 10.7% compared with the same time frame in 2015! Franklin has the largest number of homes sold in the first quarter of 2016. The more rural areas of Arrington and College Grove had a lowest volume of homes sales. For the first three months of 2016, Brentwood had the highest median sale price of $630,000 and Fairview the lowest median sale price at $245,000.
